All Sales Are Final on Made-to-Order Items Because each item is custom-printed and made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. We encourage you to review our size chart carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

We will offer a free replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send the correct item at no charge.

Lost Packages If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please allow 3 business days before contacting us. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Order Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as production begins shortly after. After that window, cancellations are not guaranteed.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
