How long does shipping take?

Since each item is made to order, please allow 3–7 business days for production, plus shipping time. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as production begins shortly after. After that window, cancellations are not guaranteed.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll offer a free replacement or full refund at our discretion.

I received the wrong item — what do I do?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send the correct item at no charge.

My package says delivered but I haven't received it.

Please allow 3 business days before contacting us. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

All Sales Are Final on Made-to-Order Items

Because each item is custom-printed and made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. We encourage you to review our size chart carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

We will offer a free replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send the correct item at no charge.

Lost Packages
